Initiated by Howard Richards with the help of God, we began our journey with a commitment to providing a wide range of essentials. Starting at The New Highgate Pharmacy, we quickly became the cornerstone community pharmacy, offering everything from pharmaceuticals, over the counter items, household items, luxurious body fragrances, Farm & garden supplies, electronics and much more.

In February 2007, we were incorporated to Accuspeed Investment Limited, trading under The New Highgate Pharmacy, solidifying our dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction. Our first branch, located at Main Street Highgate St. Mary, has been a beacon of convenience and reliable for locals and visitors alike. In November 2014, we expanded our reach with the opening of our second branch, Accuspeed Pharmacy, situated at Shop 5 E Compano Commercial Complex, Tower Isle St. Mary. This expansion allowed us to extend our exceptional services and product offerings to even more valued customers.
